The more I think about it, the less the whole thing makes any sense at all. Why would you set up a process that prevents emails with &quot;obscenities&quot; from getting to their recipient, but then goes ahead and sends the intended recipient a message INCLUDING the objectionable content? 

In any event, minutes later another email arrived from said company, confirming my order AND including my last name. The insult!</description>
